Under the arrangement, DKSH’s Business Unit Performance Materials will distribute KSC’s high performance chemicals to the graphics, electronics, liquid crystal display, polymer, and film coating industries.
Dr. Natale Capri, Global Business Line Manager, Specialty Chemicals Industry, said: “DKSH’s industry knowledge, credentials as a first-class service provider, and strong global network place DKSH in the strong position to leverage this experience and capability in order to advance Kodak Specialty Chemicals in the applicable market areas.”
“The synergies between DKSH chemical distribution and market knowhow, coupled with Kodak Specialty Chemicals’ high performing, quality materials, will make this cooperation a clear success,” Capri said. “We have a strong customer base in the markets concerned and are confident that these local business partners will also be excited about the opportunity to have access to the high-quality products manufactured by Kodak Specialty Chemicals.”
