UCB sells its food diagnostics business to Neogen

UCB announced that it has signed an agreement with Neogen Corporation to sell UCB's dairy antibiotic testing business. These activities represent a small part of UCB's global business and are considered non-core. This divestment is therefore in line with UCB's long-term vision to build a global biopharmaceutical leader bringing to specialists first, new medicines to treat patients suffering from severe diseases.
