Avecia completes sale of its Electronic Materials businesses

Avecia announced that it has completed the sale of its Electronic Materials businesses (Ink jet and Electrophotography) to FUJIFILM, having obtained all necessary approvals. This successfully concludes a sale agreement previously announced on 26th December 2005.
The disposal includes all Avecia Inkjet and EP development and manufacturing assets in Manchester, England, Grangemouth, Scotland and New Castle, Delaware, USA.
