RCT Reichelt Chemietechnik
High-Performance Plastic Pipes for Chemical, Laboratory and Process Engineering
RCT Reichelt Chemietechnik GmbH + Co.
Plastic pipes as technical semi-finished products meet the highest requirements in chemical engineering, process engineering and laboratory technology. The various material variants offer specific properties for different application areas and operating conditions.
Material diversity for special requirements
PTFE pipes (Polytetrafluoroethylene) convince with exceptional chemical resistance to organic and inorganic media. The temperature range from -200°C to +260°C enables use under extreme conditions. The Shore hardness D of 55-59° and the low sliding friction coefficient predestine PTFE for sealing and plain bearing technology.
PA pipes (Polyamide 6) are characterized by high wear resistance and mechanical strength. With Shore hardness D 72-82° and operating temperatures from -40°C to +85°C, they are optimally suited for mechanical engineering and process technology. Food safety compliance significantly expands the application spectrum.
PVC-U pipes (Rigid PVC) offer high stability and UV resistance at temperatures up to 75°C. The maximum working pressure of 16 bar at 20°C and weldability make them ideal for water treatment and chemical engineering.
GRP pipes (Glass fiber reinforced plastic) combine low weight with high strength. The impact strength of 300 KJ/m² and the temperature range from -100°C to +155°C enable versatile applications in apparatus construction and electrical engineering.
PUR pipes (Polyurethane) convince with extraordinary wear resistance and elasticity. Shore hardness A 92° at temperatures from -40°C to +80°C as well as good resistance to oils and solvents characterize this material.
