Dow Announces Price Increase for Polyols and TDI in India, Middle East and Africa
Effective immediately, or as contract terms allow, Dow Polyurethanes, a business group within The Dow Chemical Company and its affiliates including Dow Europe GmbH, will increase its Polyol and TDI prices in India, Middle East and Africa (IMEA). Polyol prices will be increased by $300/MT as applicable and TDI prices will be increased by $200/MT as applicable.
“This increase reflects the continued rise in feedstock and energy costs,” says Sudhir Shenoy, Product Manager for Europe, Middle East, Africa and India. “This high cost environment has created an unsustainable situation and we must restore our margins to continue investing in this industry long term.”
