Oxea receives the German Ideas Award 2013

13-Jun-2013 - Germany

Oxea announced that it was awarded the German Ideas Award again this year. The German Institute for Business Administration (dib) has acknowledged the creativity and innovative power of Oxea’s employees by awarding the company second place in the Chemical Industry category. This is the third time in a row that Oxea has won this award.

“The ability to rouse and systematically tap the wealth of ideas among all employees is a decisive competitive advantage. Oxea takes an active approach to idea management and uses it effectively. The high number of ideas submitted per employee and the very good ratio between submitted and implemented ideas at Oxea is impressive. Once again, the company far surpassed the average in the chemical industry and achieved a well-deserved second place in this category," said Sarah Dittrich, head of idea and innovation management at the German Institute for Business Administration.
