BASF to increase prices for Terluran and Luran styrenic plastics
From September 1st this year BASF will raise its European prices for the styrene polymers Terluran® (ABS, acrylonitrile/styrene/butadiene copolymer) and Luran® (SAN, styrene/acrylonitrile-copolymer) by EUR150 per metric ton. This measure is necessary against the background of increased raw material and energy costs. The extreme erosion of margins for these two product groups has become even worse.
