Quick-disconnect couplings made from stainless steel 1.4305 provide a reliable solution for fast and secure connection of hose lines in demanding applications. The two-piece coupling systems are made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel and feature seals made from fluoroelastomer (FPM), also known as Viton®.

The single-shutoff or double-shutoff couplings enable tool-free disconnection by simple thumb pressure. When the coupling elements are released, the integrated valves automatically close and safely interrupt the media flow. This functionality makes them particularly valuable for applications in biochemistry, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and medical technology.

The temperature operating range extends from -40°C to +200°C at a maximum operating pressure of 70 bar at room temperature. The couplings are available in various nominal widths:

The couplings are optionally equipped with hose barbs for hoses from 6 mm to 13 mm diameter or with external threads R 1/4'', R 3/8'' and R 1/2''. This versatility enables flexible integration into existing measurement and control systems.
