Quick-release couplings made of polyamide (PA) offer a reliable solution for applications requiring high resistance to oils, greases and lubricants. These two-part hose connectors enable quick and secure connections in fluid and pneumatic technology.

The couplings made of PA 11/12 are characterized by their excellent chemical resistance. They resist not only lubricants and oils, but also weak alkalis. The maximum operating pressure is 12 bar at +20 °C, qualifying them for various industrial applications.

Available designs include variants with shut-off valve function or as flow-through connections. The valve spring is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel 1.4751 and ensures long-term functional reliability.

The quick couplings are available in nominal width 6 mm and offer various connection options:

• Hose barbs for inner diameters 7 mm, 9 mm, 11 mm and 13 mm
• External threads G 3/8" and G 1/2"
• Internal threads G 1/4" and G 3/8"

Important note: PA quick couplings are not resistant to glycols, ketones, strong alkalis, paraffins, toluenes, xylenes and salt solutions. Careful media testing is required before use.
