Rudolf Staudigl and Auguste Willems on WACKER’s Executive Board for a furthers five years
Wacker Chemie AG’s Supervisory Board re-appointed Dr. Rudolf Staudigl, CEO, and Auguste Willems to the Executive Board for another five years. The current contract of Rudolf Staudigl, who has headed the Munich-based chemical company since 2008, runs until September 30, 2013. Auguste Willems’ current contract expires on December 31, 2013. Willems joined the Executive Board in early 2006.
Dr. Peter-Alexander Wacker, WACKER’s Supervisory Board chairman, thanked Staudigl and Willems for their commitment to the company. “Over the last five years, the Executive Board has successfully promoted the expansion of WACKER’s business activities and strengthened our international presence,” he said. “As CEO, Rudolf Staudigl – with 30 years’ experience at WACKER – ensures that the Group continues to follow a sound strategic course,” Wacker added.
