Material Diversity for Specific Requirements

The product range includes profiles made from various elastomer materials: Chloroprene rubber (CR) for standard applications up to 90°C, Ethylene-Propylene-Diene rubber (EPDM) for increased temperature resistance up to 100°C, and Fluorocarbon rubber (FPM) for high-temperature applications up to 300°C. Silicone profiles additionally offer FDA and BfR compliance for pharmaceutical and food technology applications.

Technical Properties

The profiles exhibit defined Shore hardness between 45° and 65° Shore A and comply with various standards such as DIN 53505. Special versions for the food sector are FDA-compliant and BfR-compliant certified. Temperature resistance varies depending on material from 90°C up to extreme 300°C for FPM profiles.
