Kemira Oyj: Riikka Timonen appointed Director, Sustainability
Riikka Timonen (eMBA, DI) has been appointed Director, Sustainability for Kemira Oyj starting from September 2011. Riikka Timonen has previously been responsible for Kemira's product portfolio management process and product safety including REACH.
"Sustainability is an integral part of Kemira's strategy and business. We serve about 10,000 industrial and municipal customers around the world by improving their water, raw material and process efficiency which helps to minimize both costs as well as environmental impact. We have done systematic environmental and safety work for a long period of time, and we are committed to further strengthening sustainability both in our own operations as well as in Kemira's customer offering" says Riikka Timonen.
