Celanese Receives ‘Most Creative Composites Application’ Award

The American Composites Manufacturers Association (ACMA) has awarded Celanese Corporation with the Most Creative Composites Application Award for “Excellence in the Design Category” at the Composites and Advanced Materials Expo (CAMX).
Celanese received this award for its high-performance carbon fiber strands which are applied as a structural core for high-voltage overhead conductors under the brand C7™ with conductor partner Southwire Company LLC, North America’s largest wire and cable producer.
