Chemtura Corporation Announces Price Increase on Adiprene(R)/Vibrathane(R) Products

Chemtura Corporation, debtor-in-possession, announced that effective May 15, 2010, or as contracts allow, it will increase price for all of its Adiprene(R)/Vibrathane(R) products up to $0.15/lb in North America, Latin America and Asia. These increases are regional and product-specific depending on product family.
This price increase is necessary to offset the escalation of raw materials, packaging and energy costs and remain competitive on a long-term basis.
