BASF to increase prices for ABS, SAN and styrene copolymer specialties
BASF to increase prices for ABS and SAN
Effective June 15, BASF will increase its prices for ABS and SAN in Europe by 200 Euro per metric ton. The product groups effected are the styrene copolymers Terluran® (ABS), Ronfalin® (ABS) and Luran® (SAN).
The background to this price increase is the still unsatisfactory margin situation of styrene copolymers.
Terluran, Ronfalin and Luran are used in a wide variety of household, office, automotive, sports and leisure items.
